Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size. We currently offer free shipping on all orders and ship only within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges
At AuraBulb, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
Standard Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Please be sure to include your order number and contact information with your return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If your return is due to customer error (e.g. you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@aurabulb.com or use our Contact Form with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll provide return authorization and instructions for shipping your item(s) back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they are in acceptable condition. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
